We aren’t a typical lettings agency, and we don’t accept direct applications or keep a waiting list for people seeking a tenancy.

We have agreements with local authorities that we will notify them of any available properties, so that they can refer potential tenants to us directly. To be notified of  available properties, prospective tenants will need to register with the relevant private rented team.

We aim to allocate housing based on need, and we ask local authorities to prioritise sending us tenants who are sofa surfing or at risk of homelessness.
